An outer crust of Crispy Shredded Potatoes filled with the ooey, gooey cheesy goodness of imported Swiss Raclette cheese.

Can be used in many different ways or menu creations — add different toppings like seafood, eggs, guacamole, hummus, roasted pears and arugula and drizzle with sauces.

Made from simple ingredients you recognize, a Swiss Raclette Rösti Stuft Spud is vegetarian, gluten free and 110 calories.

Ingredients:

Shredded Potato. Raclette Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk. Cheese Culture. Salt. Enzymes). Potato Flakes. Rice Flour. Non-Gmo Canola Oil. Salt.

Keep Rösti Stuft Spuds frozen until time to cook. Cook thoroughly following these instructions:

Oven Baking Instructions:

          

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Space frozen Stuft Spuds apart on parchment-lined or non-stick baking sheet.
  3. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, UNTIL STUFT SPUD IS CRISPY, GOLDEN BROWN and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes, and then enjoy.

Air Fryer Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F; spray basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place frozen Stuft Spuds so they don’t touch.
  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes, UNTIL STUFT SPUD IS CRISPY DROWN and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
