Start with our Stuffed Baked Potato Stuft Spuds placed on a bed of sautéed swiss chard, topped with a poached egg, hollandaise sauce, garnished with fresh chopped chives, pepper and served with steamed asparagus.

For a Perfectly Poached Egg
- Crack 2 eggs into a ramekin or bowl, set aside
- Boil water in a saucepan
- Add 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- When boiling, use a spoon to stir the water in a circular motion to create a whirlpool
- Pour the eggs into the boiling water and set timer for 4 mins.
- Using a slotted spoon, carefully take out the eggs and put on a paper towel.
Prepare hollandaise sauce per package instructions. Place Stuft Spuds on a plate. Top each with a poached egg and pour hollandaise sauce over both. Finish with fresh chives, flake salt and pepper
